This
page is designed to help individuals locate a person in custody,
determine their Bond Amount and fill out the Online Application.

those of you who are more familiar with E-Mail and other Internet
advantages, we can provide you with an online application that
can be filled out then printed for your convenience. You will
need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader to open these documents. All
applications must be signed and faxed to our office at:

| After
Underwriting and approval, payment can be made by Credit Card
or Western Union Money Transfer. To make payment via Western
Union, contact the Bail Agent (Bondsman) that you are dealing
with for the information and amount you will need to send to
complete your transaction. |

To use a credit card for a Bail Bond, a "Credit Card
Assist Voucher" must be completed, signed and faxed to
our office

| PLEASE
MAKE CERTAIN YOU HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH A BAIL AGENT (BONDS-MAN)
IN OUR OFFICE BEFORE FAXING ANY INFORMATION. WE WANT TO BE SURE
ALL YOUR INFORMATION REMAINS CONFIDENTIAL.
After
all the paperwork has been signed, received and funds for
premium verified, our Agents will post the Bond (or Bonds)
at the appropriate location. (Jail, CCA, APC, Pre-Trial Work
Release, etc.)
Unfortunately,
after the bond has been posted, the length of time for the
defendants release is up to County Employees where the defendant
is located. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS!!
